You participate in several opportunities including:

• Product search - your products will be loaded to the product search area by color, type, size, application, material, brand, availability
• Room visualizer - your products will be loaded to the room visualizer area that allows the site visitor to apply YOUR products to THEIR project
• Referral section - at any time, the site visitor can be directed to the local distributor or installer of your product
• Rebate participation - we will provide a rebate toward purchase of your product to entice the visitors to specify your product line
• Online specification - the site visitor may choose to specify your product and request that the local distributor reserve the specific slab with a deposit

Additional benefits include:

• Live reporting system - at any time you can log in and see how your products fair versus your competition in frequency of selection, application, etc. Proprietary information remains confidential
• Lead database - you will have access to the e-mail addresses (and other data if available) of visitors who have looked at your product line in the Product Search or Room Visualizer
• Exposure to our marketing campaign focused at designers, decorators, architects and Kitchen & Bath dealers. Your product will be introduce to this community on a monthly basis through direct mail, tradeshows and publication advertising.
• Available product palette for your own web site visualizer…once we have loaded your products you can cost effectively load the room visualizer to your own web site

Costs:
Costs to participate in CounterVision include:

• A one-time per product upload fee of $35. We will photograph your products for $20 additional per product.
• A monthly fee of $199 billed quarterly
• A 5% commission on sales of your product - from this amount we will redeem the rebate toward purchase.
